Fine Arts Facilities
The Fine Arts Department Facilities, located at 335 West 16th Street and 133-141 West 21st Street in New York City, consist of state-of-the-art equipment and resources which allow students to fuse the technological with the hand-made.
Students are encouraged to experiment across genres, fostering an innovative approach to the visual arts.
The facilities at our 16th Street location include: a Bio Art Lab, Digital Sculpture and 3D Printing studios, a Fibers Lab, Photography, Video and New Media studios, as well as Wood, Ceramic, and Metal workshops and resources. Throughout the building there are over 100 private studios for 4th year students who work in a variety of media. Drawing and Painting private studios and classrooms are also located here as well as at West 21st Street.
Also at West 21st Street our Printmaking facilities incorporate Etching, Lithography, Silkscreen, Letterpress and Woodcut ateliers.
