Yue Liu believes in the energy of consciousness, the divinity of the human, and the rules that lie beneath the surface. Because Liu is a synesthete, color is an integral part of her experience of the outside world. She sees color in sound, letters, and numbers. She uses herself as a tool to tell others how mystical, complicated, and magnificent our beings and surroundings are.
