Hao Wu’s paintings transform landscape images into organic abstraction. Wu is influenced by “The Yin Yang and Five elements theories,” as well as by Chinese landscape ink paintings. Because of his roots in ink painting and calligraphy, elements of nature are evident in his abstract work.
