Tyler Nicole Glenn’s multidisciplinary works range in scope from mid-size sculpture, to projections, to performance. She realizes her projects using a method similar to surrealist automatism. She does not plan how to begin a piece beyond the basic materials. By relinquishing control of the process Glenn allows her unconscious desires to guide the process. If an accident happens along the way, as they frequently do, it is incorporated into the work.
