Through sculpture I explore health and geopolitical issues, especially as they impact mental disorders such as depression and anxiety. I recreate by hand industrially-made products related to health and medical care. Products as varied as sanitary napkins and body bags bring to the fore issues specific to genetics, displacement and geographical borders.
