Biography
Anicka Yi, winner of the 2016 Hugo Boss Prize, is a conceptual artist whose installations involve the olfactory, tactility and perishability as themes. Recent institutional solo exhibitions include the Fridericianum, Kassel; Kunsthalle Basel; The Kitchen, New York; and The Cleveland Museum of Art. In 2011, she received The Louis Comfort Tiffany Foundation Award. She is represented by 47 Canal, New York.
